Enquiries mentioning an AI assistant
The challenge
When builders asked AI assistants how to get lumber, SIPs or insulation shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, the answers pointed to national freight brokers and big-box retailers. A specialist with three decades of experience doing exactly that was nowhere in the conversation. For a business that wins on trust and repeat contractor relationships, that meant losing jobs before the first quote request was ever sent.
What we did
T
Trust
Brought 30+ years of history, licensing and bonding to the front of the site, gathered contractor testimonials, and made the company’s name, phone and service area consistent across every directory and map listing.
U
Understandability
Rewrote the services pages around the questions builders actually ask: full-container versus LCL and LTL shipping, how loads are wrapped for ocean freight, and what to expect on lead times. Each page got FAQ and organization schema.
N
Network
Earned mentions in construction and remote-building publications, and in Alaska and Hawaii builder resources that AI engines already cite.
E
Evidence
Published practical shipping guides with weight thresholds, packaging standards and product specs for SIPs, glulam beams and insulation, giving AI engines concrete facts to quote.
